St. Mary Magdalene Parish

Welcome to the Saint Mary Magdalene Parish website (Formally St. Christine Parish). We are a Roman Catholic Parish comprised of more than 2,000 households living in the greater Youngstown area and its neighboring communities including: Boardman, Canfield, and Austintown. We are committed to being a lively community of faith and work diligently to be responsible stewards of God’s gifts by living the mission of Jesus Christ in our families and community through word, sacrament and service.

Our parish includes a fine elementary school with over 350 students, pre-K through 8, plus an excellent Early Childhood Learning Center.

If you have children of school age living in the area, consider a Christ centered education through our parish school. Children attending public schools are enrolled in our CCD or Continuing Christian Development program. 

Our parish has an attractive Parish Center, which can be rented for meetings, receptions, and other events. We welcome being able to accommodate you!  In an effort to strengthen our mission and better serve our community, St. Christine Church, St. Brendan Church, and Our Lady of Sorrows Parish have joined together as a fruitful community.
